Rachel Schwab is an experienced coach, facilitator, and program manager with more than a decade of experience supporting high-risk, marginalized, and justice-involved youth through trauma-informed coaching, group facilitation, and experiential learning.
​
As Manager of the PACT LifePlan Coaching Program, Rachel trains, mentors, and supports a team of coaches through reflective supervision and ongoing professional development. She designs trauma-informed group coaching curriculum, works closely with justice system and community partners, and supports the delivery of ethical, high-quality coaching for youth navigating complex circumstances.

Rachel brings extensive hands-on experience as both a coach and facilitator, drawing on lived experience that has shaped her ability to build authentic connections across different backgrounds and perspectives.
In addition to her program leadership and youth-facing work, Rachel has developed and delivered entrepreneurship programming for people in marginalized communities and led group coaching programs, mindfulness workshops, and personal and professional development events for women and female entrepreneurs.

In 2022, Rachel supported the launch of PACT LifePlan Coaching in Nassau, Bahamas, and developed PACT’s early-prevention group programming for middle school students in high-needs school communities in Toronto.

Her facilitation approach is grounded in professional coaching competencies, lived experience, and reflective practice. She integrates trauma-informed and mindfulness-based practices to help coaches deepen their presence, cultivate trust and psychological safety, and translate coaching competencies into effective, real-world practice with complex youth populations.

Prior to her work with PACT, Rachel worked as a business coach and consultant and held roles spanning communications, community and curriculum development, hospitality management, website development, and publishing. She was also a founding partner of an integrated communications and public relations agency and self-published an online publication that led to mentorship, speaking, and media opportunities.​​​​​
