Karen (Jade) Richards
Life Coach
Karen Natasha Richards is an accomplished executive and leadership coach, mentor, and founder of Karen Natasha Coaching (KNC), bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across the corporate, government, technology, and nonprofit sectors. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and iPEC-trained coach, Karen is passionate about empowering individuals to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Throughout her career, Karen has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through personal and professional transitions,
leadership challenges, and periods of uncertainty. Her coaching approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow when provided with the right encouragement, tools, and support. As a LifePlan Coach with PACT, Karen brings her professional expertise and passion for youth development to helping young people strengthen their self-awareness, emotional resilience, decision-making, and confidence. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their potential. Her approach focuses not only on navigating immediate challenges but also on developing practical life skills, personal accountability, and a stronger sense of self.
Beyond her coaching practice, Karen has contributed to community leadership through her role as Board President of TAIBU Community Health Centre, membership in Womenmind, and involvement in Canada's CAMH Mental Health Campaign. She is also a speaker and mentor who advocates for inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and creating opportunities for individuals to thrive. Karen believes that meaningful transformation begins when individuals discover their own voice, recognize their worth, and understand that their circumstances do not have to define their future.
