Farmer for a Day
Field Trips

Teachers and students are welcome to visit our organic gardens for half day school garden field trips that allow students to become fully immersed in everything that the schoolyard garden has to offer.

 

Curriculum lessons are fully flexible depending on the grade, time of year, and daily garden tasks. Visits can include learning about creepy crawlies and pollinators to planting and harvesting to cooking outdoors.

We are happy to host students and classes visiting from all over the GTA. Pack a lunch, bring your water bottles and sun hats, and ask about how you can use our outdoor kitchen area.
