David Lockett
David Lockett is a long-time Rotarian, visionary and co-founder of the PACT Urban Peace Program. As a passionate social entrepreneur, David has spent the past 30+ years volunteering his time, and utilizing his business skills and kindness principles to make a positive and significant social impact through integrated, cost-effective, best-practice solutions.
David co-founded and lead two charities in Toronto: The Redwood Shelter and the PACT Urban Peace Program, supporting thousands of youth, seniors, families and victims of domestic violence. He has designed, launched and funded several programs that address the underlying factors that lead to family and domestic violence, poverty and youth crime in Toronto.

In 2025, David published his first book, Survival of the Kindest, and continues to commit his time to redefining corporate social responsibility.
