Abigail brings a unique perspective to addressing food security in communities by blending her knowledge and experience from her Diploma from George Brown College in Culinary Management, and her Bachelor of Arts honorary Degree from Queen's University in Environmental Studies and Global Development, where she focused her research on sustainable food systems and environmental practices.

Abigail has hands-on experience from her time at No. 9 Gardens, a sustainable education centre, where she worked in organic gardening, built community partnerships with local non-profits, and led engaging workshops on sustainable agriculture and farm-to-table living.

Driven by a passion for local food education and equitable access to nutritious food, Abigail is excited to contribute her knowledge in a new city. She looks forward to collaborating with community members to build awareness and take meaningful steps toward reducing food insecurity.
